At Restore Counselling, I offer individual therapy for adults, teens, and adolescents. I also offer psychoeducation to groups on a variety of topics. Through evidence-based practices, I custom a holistic approach to address the mind, body, soul and spirit of every client. I would love to collaborate with you.
